Rolling back a move
Every shipped move can be rolled back to its previous price.
Open the move’s drawer: choose View evidence on its card in chat or in the Daily Briefing. Then choose Rollback to $X, or Rollback all N variants for a price group. The old price is live in Shopify right away.
Rolling back is open to workspace owners and admins.
If you shipped a later move
Section titled “If you shipped a later move”If you shipped a later move on the same variant, the drawer says so: “This price changed again after this move shipped.” Usually it takes you to the live change with Go to the live change. In some cases it offers:
- Roll back the later change, which returns to this move’s price
- Roll back both, which returns to the price before this move
- Cancel
If the live price was changed in Shopify
Section titled “If the live price was changed in Shopify”If someone changed the price directly in Shopify since you shipped, Parbat asks you to confirm before rolling back, so you don’t overwrite a change made on purpose.
What rollback means for measurement
Section titled “What rollback means for measurement”A move rolled back in its first 14 days has no clean measured result. If you roll it back later, Parbat keeps the result up to the last full week before the rollback. Either way, the rollback stays on record in Settings, Change Management.
